Ans. 1) phase wise: Instead of directly shutting down all the 1-8. start with 8,7,6 <Older students can cycle/bus-travel to even little further areas> 2) Adequate transport arrangement / special buses for whole village's 50 students 3) Give Assurance to teachers- They will be posted / transferred within the same district. 4) Villages/Districts with very poor board exam result / Higher concentration of SC-ST / low female literacy- Avoid mergers.
